He possesses over 24 years of vast experience in the fields of investigations, anti-counterfeit strategies, anti-fraud investigations, corporate consulting, risk assessment, and business consulting.

He holds an LLB and an MBA, and he is an ACFE – a Certified Fraud Examiner, forensic expert, and corporate consultant. He is a regularly published author of various articles and research papers in international legal magazines. Adv. Shrivastava is a member of the World Association of Detectives (WAD-USA), the president of APDI (Association of Private Detectives & Investigators – MP Chapter), and a member of PBSA (Professional Background Screening Association – Asia Pacific Member-USA
